Return Policy for Training Services – Disi Training Center (PT. Disi Solusi Mandiri)
At Disi Training Center, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to deliver high-quality training experiences. We understand that certain circumstances may require changes or adjustments. Below is our return policy regarding our training services and certificates:
1. Eligibility for Returns
- A return or exchange may be requested if the participant is unsatisfied with the content, delivery, or format of the training provided.
- Requests for returns or exchanges are eligible only if submitted within 7 days after the completion of the training session.
2. Returnable Product
- The only returnable product is the Certificate of Completion issued by Disi Training Center.
- If the training was not completed to the participant’s satisfaction or in the event of administrative errors (e.g., wrong name or certification details), a revised certificate can be issued upon return of the incorrect certificate.
3. Non-Returnable Circumstances
- Returns or exchanges are not allowed after the 7-day window.
- Certificates will not be returnable if the participant failed to meet the training requirements, including attendance and assessments.
- Customized or specially requested training services are non-refundable unless agreed upon in writing.
4. Process for Returns
- To initiate a return or request for certificate replacement, please contact our support team at [email protected] or call our customer service number at (021) 8912-7956. Include details about the training, the issue, and the reason for the return.
- Upon approval, the original certificate must be returned to our office, either in person or via mail, before a new certificate can be issued.
5. Refund Policy
- In the case of an eligible return, participants may opt for:
- Replacement of the certificate with correct information.
- Credit towards future training sessions of equal value.
- Partial Refund where applicable, subject to the reason for dissatisfaction.
6. Exceptions
- If the training was provided online, certificates issued electronically can only be corrected (and not returned) based on validated errors.
- Disputes related to dissatisfaction that cannot be resolved through standard return or refund processes may be escalated for review.
